Delivery Policy

Customers must pay the required deposit before the device can be delivered. Upon safe receipt of this payment, the device will be sent to the customer and will be delivered by our chosen courier within three working days. If customers have selected on their order form to pay the remaining balance in full, this payment will be deducted on the 15th day following receipt of their device (If the interest free finance option has been selected, the first instalment will be taken on the 15th day following delivery of the device).

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their purchase. We must receive written notification by email to the customer's EAS sales agent, confirming that they wish to return the device within this 14 day timeframe. They must then return the device to us, in the condition it was received and in its original packaging, within 5 days of notifying us of their intent to return it. The device must be returned to:

Upon safe receipt of the device the deposit payment will be returned in full.

The customer must pay the return postage costs. If they do not wish to do so, we will arrange collection of the device and will deduct £10 from the deposit payment repaid.
